Oilserv Governance Policies
Corporations establish business ethics to promote integrity among their employees and gain trust from key stakeholders, such as investors, clients and regulators. This philosophy is enshrined in Oilserv and related entities’ Code of Business conduct and Governance policies such as Conflict of interest, Gifts and Hospitality, Anti-bribery and Corruption and Whistle-blowing.
In this training course, you will learn about the Principles in Oilserv’s Code of Business Conduct and the key elements of the Governance polices, which collectively provide the framework for Corporate Governance in Oilserv and all related entities.
Please note the following important points:
- Learners are encouraged to attempt the quick knowledge check questions at the end of each course module.
- Take the mandatory end-of-course quiz which has a minimum pass mark of 80% to qualify for the attestation phase.
- Complete each course within the assigned time frame in order to claim the learning and development marks.
- Attest to the annual declarations at the end of the course.
- Annual declaration forms part of perform appraisal.
- Refer to Compliance department to disclose Conflict of Interest and Gifts: @Compliance
